Der Bahlsen Pop-up Store fand 2017 und 2018 im Euro Plaza in Wien statt. Es wurden Bahlsen-Produkte speziell für den Verkauf vor Weihnachten ausgewählt und zu Aktionspreisen angeboten. Neben Pick-up Adventkalendern konnten unter anderem auch Bahlsen Lebkuchen Metallboxen im weihnachtlichen Design erworben werden.
